The Zombie Method: Reviving Dead Leads, Resurrecting Stalled Deals
In this livestream, Gary shares strategies to revive dead leads, stalled deals, and prospects who have ghosted, emphasizing “sonder” (others have complex lives) as a mindset. He outlines several tactics: the “85:1 Deal Resurrector,” a direct-mail package using a laser pointer pen plus prior email correspondence, followed by tracked delivery, a phone call, and another email/LinkedIn message; a “virtual cup of coffee” approach that mails a mug or coffee gift card to secure tough meetings; Dean Jackson’s “nine word email” (“[Name], are you still interested in [X]?”) with minimal subject line; and using memes to prompt replies. For unreachable leads, he recommends a “safety net” of consistent content, events, appearances, and low-budget retargeting ads. He offers Pipelineology services starting at $1200/month (or $1950 with content and quarterly direct mail).

[00:00:02] Hello and welcome everybody to the livestream today, the zombie method, reviving dead leads, and stalled deals. So give everybody here just a minute for notifications and things to go out, in the meantime while we’re waiting for, for things to get started, what, what’s everybody doing for Halloween?
I know. I got yelled at by my wife this, this week because she went to Costco as, yeah, she does every year. Goes to Costco, gets the big bag of candy. I, there was new candy in, in the, in the bag this year, so Right. She gets like the big chocolate wine with like the peanut butter cups and stuff like that. And she gets the good stuff.
And this year there was Hershey’s, cookies and cream bar in there. And I, I don’t, I don’t want to give out candy to kids if I haven’t, you know, done some quality control on that. So. I got, I got yelled at for, for immediately breaking open the bag and, and checking just to make sure it was Well, that’s good by the way.
It was good. So, what’s, what, what are you guys, what are you doing for Halloween? I know we’re, we’re giving out lots of candy. We’ve got a couple big bags as usual, probably way too much, so I’ll probably spend November eating way too much leftover over candy.
Alright, Carrie, is the, is the stream going out here yet? Do you know? Can you tell? I’m not seeing ’em live. You’re, you’re you, but good. Okay. I’m looking at my panels here and, I can’t quite see everything yet, but I am assured that, we are, we are live here. So I guess with that said, without further ado, we’ll we’ll jump into this here.
just change one of my views here real quick. There we go. Alright. It’s always good when I appreciate the comment there. Gail handed out candy. man, I, I wish I could resist opening up that bag of candy. It is. Oh, you know, got a, I got a bit of a sweet tooth and, Yeah. But yeah, my wife, she, she will hide it from me because she knows I, I, I’m a snitcher, I’m gonna, i’ll I will snitch candy, you know, all week
[00:02:11] long.
Alright, so without further ado, you’re not here to hear me talk about Halloween candy or costumes or any of that. You’re here to talk about the zombie method for, revive the methods for dealing, deal with reviving dead leads style deals, prospects who’ve ghosted you all that jazz. So let’s, let’s jump into it here.
So let me change my, view here so you can see it. There we go. So a couple of housekeeping items is that when I talk, there is a delay of about 20 to 30 seconds, on LinkedIn. On YouTube, we’re, we’re new to streaming on YouTube. This is our first time streaming there, so bear with me on that. I don’t know how long of a delay it.
we haven’t tried this one before. there will be a replay available on, on LinkedIn, and, as long as the YouTube stream worked as well, the, the replay will be there. I mean, you guys on YouTube know how that works, right? It just, boom, it’s there as soon as it ends on LinkedIn. Sometimes there’s a little bit of a delay before the replay shows up, but it’ll be on the same page.
So if anybody pops in kind of midstream said, Hey, I arrived late. Are you guys recording this? Will this be, will there be a replay? The answer is yes. just refresh the page, at the end of the stream. It should be there. Sometimes it takes an hour or two or once in a while, 24 hours for LinkedIn to have it, but it, it usually is, is there within, in a couple minutes.
So if you’d like to be notified of any of our future events, you can go to Pipelineology dot com slash events and sign up
[00:03:45] there.
Alright, so the agenda for today here is, we’re talking about. Some of the strategies we’ve been using, including why the heck people you would even ghost you in the first place. we’re talking about one of my favorite ones, which is the 85 to one deal Resurrector named. So, because that’s been kind of our ROI when we send them out, it’s been been really strong for us.
We’re talking about one that I’ve been using that’s been really good for getting tough meetings. Just people who, you know, you try to reach out to ’em and nothing happens. we’re gonna talk about, one that came, comes courtesy of Dean Jackson. Probably the one you can do right now. It’s the nine word email that revives dead leads.
We’re gonna talk about sending out some memes. because I mean, it’s Halloween like, right? It’s, it’s a, if you can’t send memes around Halloween, when can you send memes? Not that there’s ever a bad time for sending memes. and then we’re gonna talk about, what I call the safety net. which in this one is, where we’re talking about things you can do for people who we just can’t reach them, even with, even with some of these strategies. And we’re gonna open up for some q and a, and, and we’ll go from there. So real quick, I’ll give you the 32nd version of About Me. I’m the founder of Pipelineology.
This is your first time here. Welcome. It’s great to have you here. I’m also the host of the Pipelineology podcast. Been in the marketing space now for 24, going on 25 years. So it’s been, been doing this a while. in my corporate career, I ran call centers and marketing for car dealerships. and these days I take, take a lot of what I’ve learned over the years to help clients get meetings and do their outreach, for them and, you know, middle aged white guy.
So I’m going as a management consultant for Halloween. So let’s, let’s jump into
[00:05:34] it. So the word of the day here is, if you’re not familiar with this one, the word of the day is. Sonder and Sonder is the profound realization. I know it’s a, you know, thinks this word thinks a lot of itself, but Sonder is the profound realization that every person you encounter has a life as complex and vivid as their own, essentially.
They’re living in their own world. They’re, they’re not just waiting on you to, you know, come back and close them with your proposal or meet with you. They, right, they’ve got, you know, kids and, you know, a life outside of work and coworkers and all that kind of stuff. They’ve got a lot going on. So try and remember that anytime somebody, you know, ghost to you as it becomes a deadly, things like that, they just don’t get back to you.
It’s just, remember they’ve, they’ve got their own life, own stuff going on. You just never know what’s happening in their life. So you, I try to give people a break, try to give ’em the benefit of the doubt that it’s probably nothing personal. They just, they have other stuff going on, and I’m not at the top of their priority list right
[00:06:35] now.
So let’s, let’s start with my very favorite, Tool for bringing back dead leads. And that is this thing right here. This is my little laser pointer pen. So let me change my camera view here for, you can see a little bit better, right? I should have opened it up here. It’s in a plastic baggie, but essentially all it is is it’s, it’s a little pen, that has a, a laser pointer on, on one end of it.
And what do I do here? Well, I send this out and what I do is I’ll, I’ll send them. Piece of paper like this, and I’ll send them any email correspondence and that’s upside down. I’ll send them email correspondence, you know, things that kind of show that I’ve been following up with them, and I’m gonna mail this package to them and send it to ’em.
And see if, I think, I think my official phrasing here, I’ll read it to you here. Hey, you know it’s Gary from Pipelineology. We talked back in June about doing some outreach and appointment settings through your LinkedIn account since I know how easy it is for emails to end up in spam and we all get busy, I try something a little bit different by sending a laser pointer pen, right?
And then it goes on here. Now I’m happy to share a copy of what, what kind of the template for that looks like. If you are in fact so inclined and interested in seeing it. So, but essentially the idea here is that, right, if, if I’ve emailed them three or four or 15 times, however many times, you know, you’ve emailed somebody or followed up with them on LinkedIn or wherever it is that you know, that you thought, alright, we’re, we’re gonna get this thing going.
I thought, thought we had a deal here. For whatever reason, they, they just didn’t want to get started. I had somebody like that a couple weeks ago. She’s says, Hey, let’s, you know, we talked on a Tuesday. She’s like, let’s do onboarding on Friday, you know, then postpones twice, and now, now it’s been three emails and she hasn’t gotten back to me.
You, you know, some, sometimes that happens. Even, even to, even if he is like, everything seems, seems lined up. Seems like it’s ready to go. Again, people, people get busy. So she is probably eventually, you know, probably sometime in the new year, going to be getting a letter like that in the mail, to see if we can get, get her reactivated and get her restarted.
And go on. So that’s, that’s kind of what that one looks like. Here. Let me switch back to it. So, like I said, what it is, I put it in a black envelope, typically a black envelope, something, there’s an orange one here sitting on my, sitting on my desk. Sometimes they’re in orange envelopes. so, you know, basically put a sticky note on it and say, Hey, are you still interested?
And then, you know, get it in the mail because what we’re trying to do is just get their attention and get the, in a way that we’re, they’re, they’re. Less they’re, they’re more likely to actually see it and, and interact with it. because one of the things is, is right your, if your email inbox is anything like mine, I mean, that thing is just full and full of messages.
If I don’t see it and respond to it right away, I’m probably not going to see it or respond to it at all. whereas write something in the mail. My mailbox has almost nothing in it. So. It’s a much easier way to get my attention. For a lot of people, that is an easy place to get attention now because there’s so little, showing up in people’s mailboxes anymore.
Everything’s gone digital. So now is a great time to go back to kind of those analog, analog tricks. So, what happens after I send it? Well, we’ll follow up with a phone call and a, and another email. once we see that the tracking has showed up, that it’s delivered because people may, people will respond to that, that showing up.
They’re much more likely to actually respond to the call. Or they’ll get the call and the voicemail, and then they’ll finally, so they’ll get the thing, they’ll get the call, and then they’ll finally reply to the email. I know all of that to get someone to reply to an email, but, but sometimes that’s, that’s what it ends up taking, so.
this one’s a little bit more work than some of the others. best, best to kind of start small with that. If you’re, you know, thinking about it, just start with one. you know, if you can do 10 or 20 people, great. You’re, you’re probably gonna see results. If you’d like to see it, like actually get one, send me an email, Gary at Pipelineology dot com.
I’ll mail you. Just so you can kind of get a feel for it and kind of say, oh, you know, I can see how this would be useful or how I could adapt this for what I do. And that’d be my recommendation is kind of figure out, what, what can I send that would make the most sense for my business? What’s gonna be the, the most complimentary?
because you might find a laser pointer pen doesn’t really fit with what you do. but like, there’s lots of little tiny things you can put into a, into an envelope or a little package that you can send to people. Alright, so that’s the, that’s the 85 to one deal.
[00:11:19] Resurrector. But what if you, what if you’re struggling to get meetings with certain people, in the first place?
Well, that’s what I like to use the, this virtual cup of coffee approach. So what I’ll do with somebody is that I’ll connect with them on LinkedIn. So I, I generally will do that first just to kind of make sure that they’re, you know, some, some type of activity that they’re gonna be reachable in some, some fashion.
So I connect with them on LinkedIn first. Then I will mail them a cup of coffee or a coffee mug. Lemme switch my view here again for you. So in this case, it’s just a coffee mug that’s got my logo on it. You don’t have to put your logo on a, on a coffee mug or anything like that. you can just literally, you could mail them a, a paper cup of coffee.
And put a little Starbucks gift card in it and, say, Hey, you know, I’ve been trying to, to see if we can meet for a, a cup virtual cup of coffee. I figured it before that though. I should at least offer to buy the cup of coffee. Something along those lines will generally work pretty good. So. I used to do this with, I don’t think I have one on my desk anymore.
I used to put like little packets of instant coffee in there. Like the Starbucks gift card is a much better touch. do that. Or if you happen to look on Google Maps and say, Hey, they’re near a dunking or something like that, you know, details matter. You know, send them the dunking one if you think, or if it’s, you know, somebody out east, perhaps that that’s a little bit better fit.
Obviously if they’re out in the northwest, send them, send them now. Send them the Starbucks one. But again, same, same type of approach is follow up with them once it’s been shown to be delivered. Right? That’s, that’s kind of the, you, you’ll kind of find that as the, the, the key theme here to any type of, any type of, of dead lead revival is that you probably need to, to send more than one message in more than one way.
So again, after sending it out, we’ll, we’ll follow up with them again if we’ve connected on LinkedIn. I find that it’s a good, that’s the, usually the best place to do it because LinkedIn tends to be a pretty high trust network, compared to, right, like an email or you get an email out of the blue from somebody and they’re like, who is this person?
Are they, is this a real person? Don’t know, LinkedIn, right? You, you’re verified on there and you can see at least how it came, came from a real person. So. good fits here. This is for things with like a small address. If you have a small addressable market, or you know, very high value prospects that, just aren’t responsive to traditional outreach, like I know, like the, the biotech industry and things like that for me and.
have not, not had good luck trying to reach out to them via LinkedIn. coffee, coffee mug more effective actually gets me meetings that way. If I’m trying to do that more, mostly these days I’m working with consultants, so I don’t need to hit that market as hard. But, you know, sometimes you try, especially if you’re trying to get into a new market where you just, it, it’s, it’s harder to crack into, give something like that a shot.
Much, much, much easier
[00:14:21] there. couple questions here. by the way, if you do have questions, I’ll try and kind of answer ones as we go along, that kind of where it kind of fits. Otherwise, I will try and get any that we missed at, at the end here. But, this one here, comes from David Turner. What about using FedEx or UPS envelopes?
give it a try. would be, would be my recommendation. You know, I’ve always just done it as a, as A-U-S-P-S fund. but, I think if, I think the thing is most of my clients are, are small organizations where I’m not usually trying to get through, you know, a mail room or something like that. that I know back in the day when I’m, you know, would be trying to target larger organizations.
Yeah. A FedEx, you know, overnighted envelope to the person. With a signature requested on it, made sure it got to the right person or, or usually got to the right person. So especially if you’re dealing with larger organizations, yeah. FedEx or a UPS envelope might, might, might be the ticket, for me, for, for the target people that I generally work with, the, you know, the, the standard padded black envelope has been, been, been sufficient in, in those cases.
and then Mark here asks, how are you getting them comfortable to share their address if you have not worked with them in the past? I mean, we’re targeting businesses, so I don’t need to ask them for their address. I, I will just look it up. right. You can. Look at Google Maps, you can look at business registration data.
you know, if it’s somebody was like, oh, looks like they generally work from home, go to white pages.com. But it’s all public record stuff. So, this is for the USA of course. you know, right. You’ve some like European countries do have a, do make it a lot harder to get somebody’s home address, but I mean, business addresses are.
Go, go to Google Maps. Real easy to find one there. and that, you know, go to their website. Usually people, if they’re, if they have a an office, they usually put their address on there. So that’s, some easy methods for getting, getting
[00:16:29] addresses. but you know, if you don’t want to mail somebody something, and you, you just thinking, I need, I need something I can do today.
So here’s, here’s your action item you can do right now. Can be done. You can be done sending one of these by the time I finish this slide. So this is, this is not my original idea. This comes from, comes courtesy of Dean Jackson, who’s kind of one of the, the people who, you know, I’d say, I think, I think he’s credited with inventing the, the squeeze page, which itself is an old dated term, but essentially a page that, you know, collects email addresses.
But here’s, here’s kind of his, his, his approach to it. And it’s one I’ve used many, many times in many different campaigns. You know what? And it pretty much always, it pretty much always delivers. So here’s, here’s the message is, so I’ll take Mark as an example because he’s the last person I, I, whom, who I talked to, he goes, is, mark, are you still interested in.
Whatever it is you do, are you still interested in, LinkedIn outreach? Are you still interested in buying a home or whatever your offer is? That’s it, that’s all you need to do and sign it with your first name. also subject name is just their first name, so. Don’t, don’t put a, don’t put a whole lot of Oh, oh, because hey, the market’s really different.
Or because, hey, we’ve added a bunch of new features. Write that, because line now changes it from, oh, somebody asked me a question and I need to answer it to, they’re just trying to pitch me. I can eat, I can safely ignore it, just like I safely ignored everything else. So, right. The idea here is that this is, this is a, in fact a nine word email or, or.
Seven or eight or 11, but not any longer than that, you’ll be tempted to say more. Trust me, I’m always tempted to, I, I want to, I want to keep talking. I want to keep writing more. I want to make sure they know absolutely everything that’s on my mind. This is where, you know, short and sweet, don’t, don’t say anything else.
Kind of make them look at it and say, oh, you know what? This is very easy to reply, yes or no, or, let’s chat later. Something like that. For something, for a dead lead, a no is, you know, a no is, is not as good as a yes, but a no. At least gets something off your list and you can say, you can move on and go, go on to someone else.
So, like I said, if you, if you take nothing else away from today’s session, use this one. Like I said, heck, you can pause it right here. Come back and, and, and go send, go send a couple right now to people that are on your list if you’ve never tried it before. Like I said, this was, this is a good one.
And if they still don’t reply to the nine word email. Go, go back to this one. Go back to the deal Resurrector and, and send, send them this. So, alright, I think I’ve got another, another one here from Wendy. Yep. You’re right. Many people work from home, so, you know, it’s, but it’s, it’s not, it’s not quite as, it’s not like 2020 anymore.
A lot of people are back in the office. Se send the thing in the mail if it’s, you know, a small consulting person who does work from home, go to White Pages and look up their address. you know, simple, simple ways to do it. Don’t let the address be the thing that stopped you. That’s probably the one of the easiest things to get and get ahold
[00:19:48] of.
But, you know, you need another email you want to send, I’ll give you more ideas for emails too. Right. There’s, there’s lots of fun ways to do this. I, I like the e you know, I like to send memes, you know, right. This is, this is the way to be, fun, you know, to have a little bit of fun with them ignoring you, you know, I like this, like this time of year.
Right. The skeleton. Me waiting for you to respond, you know, is, is one of those ways to call somebody out for ignoring your messages while still not, you know, not being a jerk about it. so here’s, here’s a few of my favorites, right? You got the Vince McMahon one here on the left, the, the skeleton one, like I said, here at the top here.
And then you got the, the Pablo Escobar one here on the, on the right. somebody just, just waiting. Just waiting to hear back from you. So all these are good, all these have worked. and it, again, they, they can get responses that for people, you know, you say, I thought, I thought we were, I thought we were good.
and this is just kind of a way to kind of get, get their attention again, compared to other, you know, messages that, that have been ignored. So those are, those are some easy ways to do
[00:21:05] it. now let’s kind of shift gears here a little bit. To go to kind of what happens for, to people who just, they, they, they are just kind of, they are unreachable right now.
but that doesn’t mean that they’re never going to buy or they’re never going to come back, so. This is what I call the safety net. And I, I tried to kind of think of a, a fun, a fun, zombie theme to tie into this. And E everything just got for ridiculous. So we’re just gonna call it what it is, which is essentially, it’s just a way to make sure that you stay, you know, active in areas where they, they might show up.
right. I mean, if you. Think, think about it this way, if you had a, a store downtown, you’d, you’d have a sign out front, right? And people walk past it every day. They know you’re still there. They know. And the the sign says open. They know you’re still open. Right? And, and our digitally connected vast inter tubes of, of a world right now.
It’s a little bit harder to just, you know, have a thing that says, Hey, I’m, I’m still here, still open. But if you are consistently posting content, doing any types of events, speaking engagements, podcast appearances, running retargeting, ads to your database can be a really powerful one. and one you can do on a really, shoe shoestring budget.
Because it’s just retargeting and just to your database. so we’re talking, you know, dollars a day, not hundreds of dollars a day in most cases. things you can, can do that, you know, just keep you in front of people. You’ve talked to people, you’ve, you’ve, you’ve been communicating with. But really the idea is just be seen in a different place than just their inbox.
so like I said, that can be that, oh, hey, you know, you’re, you’re posting on, you’re, they saw you on LinkedIn and they saw you commenting on somebody else’s LinkedIn post. They saw a, a YouTube video. You happen to show up. They saw YouTube a that you posted on other videos that. That, that they happen to be watching.
So this is one of those ones is I would say just, just think about ways you can be, you know, kind of be active here. that kind of get, gets you seen. And I, I can’t tell you how many times it’s happened where, you know, somebody has, you know, I in years oftentimes will go by. I had a guy when we first started running LinkedIn events.
This was, this was a couple years ago now, but, He saw what we were doing. we’d worked together, I think in 2020, and he said, oh, hey, I saw your post on LinkedIn about the event you’re running. Hey, can we talk and, talk about getting some going again? Right? It’d been two years since we talked, hadn’t, you know, hadn’t had any commun communication since, and all of a sudden he is like, oh, I, I just happened to run across your, your content.
And that, that was what reactivated and I, I considered him lost forever. another client that I’d worked with earlier this year, he had saved our infor contact information back, I think in 2023 for his list of, you know, marketing agencies. And, you know, my content would occasionally come across his screen.
And then finally in, at the beginning of the year, he reached us, said, okay, think, think we’re ready. When he scheduled the appointment, I contacted my team. I said, where, where did this guy come from? Anybody? Is anybody working with him? I don’t see him. I don’t see him in any of our, in our databases. and no, he had, he had just saved our stuff and never reached out until time was time was right.
So I, I know. Content can be a little bit hit or miss, and it can feel like you’re doing a lot of work and not seeing a lot of results with it, but you’re influencing people and, this is, and, and it’s not just new people that you’re necessarily influencing is it’s, it’s people that you’ve already talked to, that you’re kind of helping them get, you.
Get to get to the finish line, you know, kind of knock, knock ’em off the, they’re on the fence about working with you. This can kind of give ’em that little bit of nudge to say, yep, I think I’d like to work with those people. So, safety net is, is, is is one of those things where, yeah, there’s gonna be some liens that no matter how good you are, that they’re just, they’re gonna fall through the cracks, through, through no fault of your own.
But this is one way to kind of get back in front of them. If not, if none of these other strategies have worked. Now, by all means, please, please do try these. Like I said, this one, this one is a lot of fun. We get over 50% of people will respond to this. just, just to give you some numbers, I think it’s 57% of people who have ignored everything else.
We’ll reply to that one. and, and occasionally, right? We, that’s including the ones where we still get the address wrong and it gets
[00:25:49] returned. so if you need some help with this, I, I know like some, sometimes it’s you say, man, I, I wish I had time. Right? Just, just like we’re talking about with your, with your leads is, man, if I just had a little bit of time to do it.
So here’s, here’s kind of the offer for today. If you are looking for some help with this, and then we’re gonna open it up for a q and a. Make sure I get, get your questions answered here, so, but if you’re looking for some, for some help, what we can do is we can put an outreach system together to help you kind of get that top of the funnel, get those initial meetings going, get some, get some new prospects on your calendar so that that sales pipeline always has new people for you to talk to.
Two, we can help build that safety net for content for you to kind of make sure that, yeah, you’re showing up in the places where your community is active. And then finally, we can put this lead resurrector in place for you. Do do these direct mail pieces every quarter where we’ll send that mail and we’ll do those, those follow phone calls, send them emails or LinkedIn messages, however you’re connected to them so we can try and get you, you that same, you know, 57% plus response rate.
Hopefully get some deals back in your back, in your queue right away. So if it is something you’re interested in, you can email me Gary at Pipelineology dot com. You know, pricing starts at 1200 a month for, for the outreach system. So it’s 90 day initial commitment on that. great way to start getting meetings on your calendar with the people you want to work with.
if you want that, that safety net package where essentially we’re helping you create all your content along with doing your outreach, that one runs 1950. And, as a bonus right now. We’ll do, we’ll do those direct mail pieces. We’ll do up to 20 of ’em for you every quarter. and, and like I said, we’ll, we’ll, we’ll kind of do all that kind of behind the scenes stuff for people who’ve fallen through the cracks on you.
So, you can go to, like I said, Gary at Pipelineology dot com or Pipelineology dot com slash contact if it is something you are interested
[00:27:51] in. So with that said, I think we are here for q and a. So let’s, let’s see what questions we have. yep. So, like Scott says, yeah, sent, sent that nine word email. that’s, that’s great to hear. So I’m glad, like I said, it’s, it’s really, it’s a really easy one to do, and know, right? Some of them are a little bit more involved. Some of ’em take a little bit more time to do. but, All worthwhile, all, all worth trying in, in different phases or put your own spin on it.
That’s the kind of, that’s one of the fun things about any type of campaign like this is you can, you can do it exactly how you want, exactly how you would say it. and I think especially in this world where everything’s becoming more and more AI automation, this, an AI written that, that. You know, a good way to, you know, show up and be human is put something in there mailbox, right?
Because AI’s not doing that, is just kind of take, take that approach of be human. You just think of you. What would a human do? Ww HD what would a human do? And so I’d say that’s, you know, that that would be my, my takeaways for you here today. So really appreciate everybody who’s hopped on and we’re coming up at the, the 30 minute mark.
I always try. I know, right? We’re getting this, the kind of that fourth quarter push right now. Everybody’s trying to get those deals close. So I don’t want to take up too much of your time today. So for. If we don’t have any more questions on that, I’m gonna let everybody go. Appreciate you being here. like I said, replay will be available momentarily on this page.
you should only have to click refresh if you happen to kind of join midstream and didn’t catch it at the beginning. Otherwise, thanks so much for coming everybody. we will see you next, next month. I think we’ll probably be. I’ll have to take a look at the calendar. I haven’t scheduled it yet. I know we got, we got Thanksgiving coming up and then we got Christmas up.
We’ll have to kind of battle the calendar a little bit here. quick question here from Gail, after the nine word email, do you recommend further emails or other touches? if it depends how much you’ve done before that, doing a quarterly mailing or every six months or every, you know, year or so to, to send that is is a good time.
If it was a pretty hot prospect, you know, around the 90 day mark’s, a good time to send that initially and then move, pivot it to a direct mail, type of approach would be kind of where, where I would go with that. So there’s that, that nine word email is a, almost is, is if they’re going to respond, it can be a really fast way to get a response and get somebody reactivated within minutes.
Sometimes I, it can be crazy, but. and then yeah, if they don’t respond to that, yeah, push ’em, push ’em into one of the direct mail ones that’s gonna do a lot more of the heavy lifting for you. That would be how I would approach, something like that. So thanks. Thanks everybody. Have a good rest of your day and take care.
